Return Policy

Most items are accepted for a full refund if returned in their original condition within 15 days. We will accept returns on most items for up to 30 days in exchange for store credit. Gifts may be returned for store credit only. To return or exchange your purchase or gift, please call 617-426-0521 or email info@skylightjewelers.com before sending jewelry to the studio.

Shipping

Each piece of our jewelry is handmade with the utmost attention to quality and detail. Shipping times may vary. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery of ready-to-wear pieces.  Custom orders may take an additional 2 to 4 weeks for production.

Orders totaling $1,000 and up ship for free via USPS Express (1-2 days). Orders under $1,000 ship for a flat fee of $30 via USPS Express (1-2 days). An adult signature is required for all delivery methods.

We encourage our customers with special events and important deadlines to contact us so that we can do our best to accommodate for your special days. If you are ordering jewelry for an important event or date, it is always best to call and confirm with us so you know it will arrive in time.

Repairs and Resizes

We highly recommend sending all Skylight Jewelers pieces back to our studio for any necessary adjustments or repairs. We offer a complimentary ring resizing within one year of purchase. Please contact our studio before sending any jewelry for resize, repair or alteration.
